    Kwaidan...you seem to have a lot of inside info. I doubt anybody would refuse an offer 8-10 greater than the value of todays market cap.I believe highest market cap was~$250m.
    Who made the offer? Methinks you are just a bit off the mark sunshine.But then your historical comments have always been pretty much off the mark.
