They just cracked through 5% and had to lodge a substantial s/holder notice. I would suggest given the historic low volumes that they have probably been there since the new issue last year. Probably punting on a sale taking place at well above current price and were probably offered a line.Maybe Towner is selling a few. I would doubt it though.
