    If i read the Macbank offer document correctly than the current SP (+debt) only reflects the value of the P1 reserves. The upside value (2P+potential) was about 3x that. Schwing could also add substantial value, AMU holds 50% and it is a high impact well. Looks like good value here with limited downside and potentially rewarding upside. Holding at 24c.
