I believe if the bid is withing a certain timeframe (6months) of a predator acquiring shares then that offer has to be made to all shareholders if they do make a formal bid.

So I would guess that $2 at least would have to be paid.

Only concern is that they wait perhaps until March and then they only need to pay around $1.50


I'm not a law person so things could have changed between when I read about this and now. Most likely I am wrong anyway.
