Basically it should be thought of as illiquid in terms of making an investment decision. Think of it like a microcap stock. If things are buoyant, you can probably trade ok. If things get rough, it will become very difficult to sell at a reasonable price, it at all. Similar to more traditional unlisted property funds, if enough people get nervy, the ability to sell/redeem will likely evaporate.
