My concept would seek to make the Brick parcels as tradable items.
So if an initial investment was a round number like :
Chip = $1000
Brick = $10,000
Block = $100,000
Slab = $1,000,000
Once that raised capital begins a development project, Its value could be free to float on a traded exchange.
That way all differnt types of investors could be attracted, some prefer to be an earlybird, and some may prefer to jump on after a few months and they can see a project underway. But at 6 months in, they may be paying 10% more.
Some of the early investors could be happy to take 10% gain in 6 months.
Obviously I cant set something like this up all by myself. But I reckon my concept is better than other methods of investment and also other methods of raising Capital for Development Projects.
So it would be a win win win for Investors, Developers, and the economy.
