Well, I think blockchain is suited for something like this once regulated.
BrickX is more a means of part buy and then rent from yourself, not so sure their idea will work properly with interest only loans out there.
The idea of buying 10% of a property and not actually owning the whole thing won't appeal to many people.
Your idea may have merit with tightening monetary policy around developments, BrickX could open a new division for that possibly?
