Mabe something like website based, but security of the data on who owns what amount of bricks etc would need to be bulletproof Secure so it cant be hacked to steal peoples bricks.
At this point I was just framing out the concepts pros and cons, Pros being it would be a great investment tool and would fast track Developments.
The Only Cons, would be security, but to secure this could be hard copy contract Doucuments. So cant be hacked via Computer if the data wasnt online.
Buys and sells and trades of bricks could be private treaty and transfer of ownership contracts.
Im sure a Solicitor would be able to handle the transfer and sale of a Brick, or number of Blocks etc.
The price and volume of bids and ask could be just online, real agreements of sales and transfers and trading would be hard copy.
