    Thanks Warnie,

    I was thinking that the bricks would be worth more at intervals during the development progress.

    So if an investor wanted to cash out, they would be free to sell their bricks on market .

    I would expect that if a development timeframe was 50% complete and all going to plan, then the bricks would have grown in value by 50% of the proposed gain.

    If there was a 20% expected gain on the project, I would expect the bricks to be trading at a 10% premium to the IBO at the 50% completion stage.
