nothing to discuss. The bottleneck has been removed (BMW payment) so the DFS (both) can proceed. Then everything can proceed in due course. It will happen when it happens. No funding could happen until there was a takeoff agreement. There was no takeoff agreement unless the money was delivered. Now that funding is progressing the DFS can be finalized.
