@Gartenfan - very interesting developments. Of course, it is in Europe's interest to have their own lithium mine(s) (and what about Germany? there is a large lithium resource in the Erzgebirge on the border of Czechija?)
back to Serbija: with an autocrat running the country, who they seem to have on-side, there won't be the same difficulties as EUR are having in Austria, where every Dick, Tom and Harry can raise environmental concerns etc. ad nauseum, and yet another permit will have to be obtained which will yet again take years to complete, and the permit process has been stretched ad infinitum.
