    Some time ago EUR signed a binding offtake agreement with BMW.

    BMW was to pay a $15 million advance, when EUR had made a successful start to commercial production.

    Well blow me down with a feather, BMW has already paid that money to EUR when it is nowhere near a successful start to any production.

    Given that $15 million would be a trivial sum to BMW, I wonder whether BMW has got the binding agreement off its books by paying up.
