    I'm having a thick day and don't understand the dates. The letter from PEN says:

    1 share for every 11 shares held together with 1 option for every 4 new shares registered at 5pm on the 7th April 2010....

    It also says:

    "you will need ti exercise your options prior to the record date for the rights issue, being 7th April 2010.

    That sounds to me like anyone buying today would be eligible..... but then again I'm having a thick day...
