Dull.
The major issue with those that look at DYL is that they don't understand the simple fact, that The production plant is already in Operation. Its a simple Equation of a signing a J/V with there mate John over at langer Heinrich, and Waaaala DYL is now " A PRODUCER "
Well maybe not that easy, but not far from what will evolve, over the coming 6 To 12 Months.
Design of Stage II expansion from 2.6Mlb to 3.7Mlb is currently Underway, and * IMO * I believe a J/V with DYL is a major Component of this Upgrade on the Heinrich Plant being fast tracked.
