My estimate for the PFS is 12.5MT with similar grade to scoping study, this is a 32% increase in tonnage. If you apply this to the current NPV and increase the price deck slightly I estimate the new NPV to be $1.8 billion AUD.
A development company like $ADT typically is taken over for 50% - 60% of NPV. Being conservative that would give $ADT a takeover price of $4.10. That doesn't include any of the assets from $TETH or any of the regional exploration targets in Bosnia. My price target is $4.50
