cv19 has altered timeframes globally. Not to recognize this as a legitimate reason for delayed drilling as well as any other delays is ludicrous. PC lost control of any kind of accurate scheduling and forecasting as a result. Changing personnel is standard as a the story builds. Different stages of development require different skill sets. Had they not changed out personnel would be the larger concern.
