I think LG want to take control of all of UML.

Same MO as Castlemaine - they pay cash for up to 20% via the market (when the target is cheapest - in this case sub 10 cents) - then take the balance out with their paper.

If LG take out UML they will control both the Ballarat and Bendigo Goldfields (and other assets)! Maybe a major Victorian Goldfield revival is the plan here!

Could be a fantastic leg-up for any juniors in victoria who are developing resources nearby!
