Total active users not allowing for overlap where a user may have FB & Twitter etc = 877m add FB at 1.65b monthly's.. That's two billion five hundred twenty-seven million users. Round it down to two billion taking into consideration overlap..
Thred has been backend developed to function and integrate with these specific SM sites above according to the Prospectus. Users will be able to create and post a Thred directly to these SM sites as the first port of call re functionality.
Apparently they have already A/B tested a couple of versions of the app from a UI/UX position in prep for Beta launch. That's again my understanding from what I'm reading. I'm sure they will continue to iterate along the way.
