    If someone with cash wants in, they will get in. And the way the market works now with algorithmic bot trading they can get in and buy plenty while reducing the share price. Have seen it happen with a few stocks.

    For some reason though these things mostly happen when the market is flying rather than getting in cheap while uncertainty reigns(as is currently the case).
