My fear is that, this is such a small tweak for an already established social media network like Twitter, where adding a 40sec voice-message possibility to your tweets would render the HearMeOut app useless.
I also doubt Twitter would acquire the company just to add such a miniscule feature, nor would HearMeOut have a case against them if Twitter (e.g.) decides to add a voice-tweet feature, since other social media platforms like Viber already offer this service.
As a potential investor I always think of rain.
