Roche has swamped the WHO with free Tamiflu, the result is the WHO is determined to make Tamiflu work, or kill people trying. Experimenting with injectable Relenza would be on their list of things to try somewhere below Tamiflu suppositories, or if bird flu starts killing people in the first world.
