    Just putting it out there, hopefully not as I want to see this company prosper. but the SP makes no sense. with yesterdays judgement makes the Appeal look more unfavorable to SMM and the more they continue this course the harder it will get as mounting costs in legal fees and damages already awarded against it makes SMM smell very bad.

    either that or it is just churn, somebody is buying big though..
