Can anyone please shed some light on my understanding of the value of Intec's share in HZCP?
From their Investor Presentation it says that the EBITDA for the project would total 24.5m @ $1.5/lb, or 12.5m for Intec. Does this mean that at $1.5/lb and Intec's fully diluted shares on offer (around 650m), that the EPS for HZCP is around 1.9c ?? At a p/e of around 8, does that mean that HZCP is worth around 15c per share to INL??
