INL have failed to deliver on the PFS re: Burnie demo plant and have failed to date to provide concrete plans on the Hellyer zinc project. This is the reason why the market is treating it accordingly.
Commercialisation of its technology will be the price driver. They have failed miserably in this regard to meet milestones that just drift and drift endlessly.
