My concern is I want to be able to take up whatever I can afford but thought the way it was framed, it was all or nothing.
To be able to take up a number that fits within one's budget, based on a range of graded options at least seems to provide opportunities to add to the bottom drawer. For some, a quick 15 thousand isn't always possible.
Been in this game for awhile but still learning!
