Would someone be able to outline what the possible deal might mean for the ordinary punter.
I have gradually built a reasonable stake in INL and am unsure as to what precisely might be the consequences of the company's offer. Is it that holders might have to stomp up 15 thousand to take advantage of what's being offered or is it parcelled somewhat like a rights issue, and an amount up to an agreed number can be purchased.
Am also unclear as to why some are saying that the offer (whatever it turns out to be ) is largely undilutitive.
In Hansonian terms could someone please explain!!
