    I can't answer your question in regard to why INL are seeking approval to raise the limit of their SPP from $5K to $15K. The only people who could properly answer that question would be Intec.

    The SPP gives all qualifying shareholders the same opportunity irrespective of their holding.

    Through the SPP, any small punter is entitled to buy the same amount of shares as the largest shareholder. It will be up to each shareholder to weigh up whether they have the wherwithal or desire to participate.

    There's not much Intec can do if some individual shareholders don't have the 'readies' to take up the offer. That's hardly a reason to complain!

    At this stage I'm more interested in what new information will be provided in the offer document, and/or announced that will encourage shareholders to tip in more money to an already losing position for most.
