Adoption of Remuneration Report is standard proceedings at all AGM’s.
At the same time, they make sure they have the numbers (sweet talk major holders) before taking the vote by show of hands. If the hands go against them they will call a poll – it is that simple.
In any case, PW's 50%+ increase was outrageous.
