inner mongolia farmland

Any rumour or idea when the farmland in Inner Mongolia will be register?

I see on CNBC today Mongolia (country bordering Inner Mongolia) where our farmland is located will be growing at 20% for 2012

Either the directors are very incompetent OR the bureaucracy is just so so bureaucratic OR this is a big con job.

Anyway, at 1/10 of a cent. What can we expect, but a speculative stock.
