Hi Dreamcatcher,

Well considering Cougar said back in the June Asia Update that the receipt of registration would be pushed back 2-3 months because of the need for this FSR (Feasibility Study Report) I would expect it to be a relatively quick go ahead.

There obviously were delays in completing this FSR because of the shocking weather conditions over the past few months in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region that would have hampered quite a lot of the on-site work required to complete the FSR.

Matches up nicely IMO.
