Can you stop wasting our time please with you incessant discussion of your ideas about previous management and board failures. It is a new team and new board, not the same guys anyway. I didnt like that team and arent really interested in your attempts to tar the company today with their issues.

The board is required to to announce material information subject to several circumstances (such as incomplete negotiations etc etc).

The pit wall had been moving slowly and in a controlled fashion up until this event - it was remnant material from the previous failure, so not exactly competent anyway. Could this movement have been predicted - no. It was flagged as a potential risk with people I've talked to but a low risk.

Now its happened, we need to understand what it means.
