Thanks for sharing, it's an interesting article. However I don't have much faith in the "planned innovation zone", similar concept failed in many countries. Silicon valley was developed by organic growth of the startups and drop-outs from Standford.
On another note, Sydney airport is probably the best run airport that I've ever visited, and a wonderful investment over the years. It's a pity that it divested from other airports, which could have a good opportunity in a long run, apply the same successful formula from SYD.
