great post surges, my understanding from the research I did back last December is that if a product on patent was to develop a new delivery method (ie OBJ patches) this then extends the Patent life on this product.

I don't have all my research here with me, but, I do believe this to be the case and if so, once OBJ's patches have been accepted(testing all done and on market with first delivery product) I believe every other product on the market would certainly want to have a look at applying the OBJ technology to it, hence why I believe 3M wants to be heavily involved with OBJ in more ways than one.

Time will tell, By the way, I have been absent from the OBJ thread for well over 6 months having sold out after the extension(missed out on a huge paper profit) but, today I have put my toe back into the OBJ waters and purchased a small parcel.
