    The difference is these (INO's) are numbers for MGMT methylated GBM. Kazia is only treating unmethylated GBM, which has a much worse prognosis. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa043331

    Look at the figures in the link. They will show you the exact numbers that both Kazia and INO are talking about.
