entirely agree rob, there's only a few people in the country with as much knowledge. JH is pretty well versed himself however his corporate responsibilities are no doubt keeping his plate full.
I think one of the key qualities of the team is the ability to think outside the box and identify potential for different (and quite substantial) play types other than your standard 4wdc.
