I love a good conspiracy theory. Like most people I have great difficulty admitting to making a mistake (often I don't even recognise them) but I find the ability to blame unseen and unknowable forces so much easier to swallow. LOL!!!
Regardless of the actual reason for the slow downward drift of COE and COEO, I sincerely wish you all the best in your efforts to get Cooper management to do something about it. If anyone has a chance of making them take notice it should be you.
