you're either an outright liar and ramper or just a complete fool. if i had phoned the company and they told me that there was not going to be a CP and then a few minutes later they announce a CP why on earth would you buy more shares? do you generally buy shares in companies whose management lie to their shareholders? or are you lieing now in a vain attempt to get the price up so you can sell out?
