15c agree but 21c is a way off yet
From memory 16c triggers a rethink on the 10c debt swap
2 schools of thought if that is correct - bond holders will fight to keep it under for the next 12 months and they have plenty of warrants to dump, but instos will target it hard to trigger the poison pill
Either way appears to be game on
