I think the current management will turn the site into light commercial, and condo's if the DW business does not turn around quite quickly. Gary Weiss came on board to develop the unused property. If that ends up being the whole site, so be it.
Would be a blow for the gold Coast, but probably a win for shareholders.
So, the bad publicity that may crash the DW business, will play into GW's hands.
I am in it for the U.S growth profile, and returns from a weakening AUD. DW imo was always peripheral to the business' future.
