Firstly, what a very public and unfortunate tragedy. The families would be hurting no matter what the findings of the inquiry.

If dreamworld were to be bulldozed and sold/developed into a shopping centre/condos/whatever etc then how much could the land be sold or valued at?
DW would have liability insurance that would compensate for loss of business due to an accident, surely.
