It's quite difficult to determine what happens next here and, therefore, what to do. I think this is a solid company with very little future risk from an operating point of view but with a share price risk due to its connection to interest rates.
A year ago about 8% of my portfolio was invested in this stock. I expected a run down in the share price as the prospect of interest rates rose so I gradually sold out. I will buy in at the right price but confess to not being really sure what that price should be.
Somewhere along the line (so they tell me) interest rate rises will subside again and the SP here will gradually rise in accordance with such interest rate reductions. That suggests that any loss you're experiencing with the current share price should largely be recovered as long as you're patient.

I've tried, unsuccessfully, to determine a pattern in the form of a link between the various rates, NAV's and yields and can't establish a pattern that supports a logic for the right buy in price but, surely at around $3.60, we must be close.
