odds are heavily stacked against the 'small guy' - the power players always have an advantage in their arsenal - they are called professional lobbyists who are already part of the system - on the other side of the coin, i don't know how effective the ASA is, nor the direction of their agenda - my guess is that the ASA hasn't the wherewithal to be wide ranging
now, has the govt been pressured into holding this enquiry, or have they decided to hold it off their own bat? - quite a difference between those 2 scenarios
some will sit back and expect the same to continue, or even put up with even worse conditions - others are destined to persue change - successful or not, nothing ventured, nothing gained or...........
