Absolutely fatsoh, and I like the 'out of the box' thinking on 'if you can't change the people, then tighten the rules' - make it easier for the bastards to hang themselves! Where's Don Chipp when you need someone to oversee keeping the bastards honest?!
I actually think you are onto something major and we need to address that issue in any communications sent in.
Tell them it's far too easy for companies to rort the system with placements permitted to 'anyone' to make a quick quid at hte retail markets' expense - directors aren't accountable for anything any more, and it's far too easy for them to remain innocent until proven guilty.
