    Its a bit late for that now one would think.

    Offering performance options after somebody came close to utterly destroying the company is not something you would want or could chance again Im affraid.

    Would be better to see someone with more experience with both hands on and in theory taken onboard, in which then, performance options would be the go IMO~!
