He showed frustration when Greg Medcraft didn't appear at June's hearing, and wants assurances he'll attend the inquiry next month.

JOHN WILLIAMS: I think the committee should hear from the butcher, not the block. Greg Medcraft is the boss of ASIC. We want to talk to the boss. We want to get questions, we want to have our questions and then we want answers, and we want to talk to the boss.
