how often do daily gaps get filled as a general rule of thumb ratio? I would have thought a weekly or monthly close/open gap would have more weight behind it than a daily? it also had a lot of volume at that price range just a few months the ago that aligned with the close of the AGM so I’m not 100% sure that gap needs to be filled at this point, but having said that the current up trend channel does allow for a back test of that range over the next couple of weeks still and will keep the current trend intact. Think it comes down to the content of the DEIS at this stage to be able to re evaluate risks.
