as far as I'm concerned this is just due diligence by the BLM and ioneer, from what I've read over the last couple of years this mine will be constructed even that loud mouth tree hugger isnt going to stop it. hasnt the BLM said if ioneer walk away the conservationist have to maintain the plant at some outrageous cost? the tree huggers want their cake and eat it to. donnelly hasnt a clue how to save it either. im sure someone said that this plant will grow elsewhere. they are just using the excuse that they want it to grow there. send me a couple of seeds. see if i and the internet can grow it.
