DeWirral, true it has been stuck there, i am thinking it is not going to need a catalyst, it will slowly grind up as people realise the risk-reward at this price (particularly for long term EV uptake) is quite attractive.
Then before we know it construction will begin and at that point we can look back at this price and smile.
