could be! Could also be increased lead time in long lead items outside their control (like the CAT pumps and trucks), heavy manu has generally slowed down a bit over the last few years. Eventually the shorts will give up, generally as more longer term down trends are broken. Will be a good question for you to ask on Mondays call!
