not so sure about the last point - $0.65 per share when there were 2110M shares on order is reasonably close (but on the slightly high side representing a slightly better deal for INR which was based on the lth price trend but its wasn’t a ridiculous multiple it was like 1.15x NPV I think not the 8x that price did) to the fair NPV of the asset (at that time and NPV should only bump up from here once the reserve is upgraded) based on about $11k USD per tonne LCE. The price of LTH is starting to stabilize a bit around that same price so any reduced price in a new major deal (which is still based on nothing until we have hard information) will likely just be due to the dilution down to around 2360M shares now. “Any time soon” is relative I think in 12months it may be on its way towards it and opinions will change.
